为生物科学专业的可持续发展和学生核心竞争力的提升,以湖北师范大学生物科学专业为例,在教师资格证认定背景下,采用文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法,从多维度对生物师范专业课程改革进行初探。结果显示,在教育实践后39.8%的学生自评缺乏与学生沟通交际能力,33%的人表示课堂教学素养有待提高,26.1%则认为科研创新能力不足。在职教师表示现有课程能满足大部分职业需求,但存在学生教学技能重视程度低,实践方面的技巧不强,教学论师资不足等问题。通过加强课程群的建设,优化教学内容和教学方法,提升教师的专业水平和实践教学的质量来提高学生的专业素养和创新能力,进而使生物科学专业发展适应新的政策需求,为人才培养质量的提高提供有效的理论依据。
Abstract:In order to advance the sustainable development of the biological science major and enhance the core competitiveness of the students, this study conducts a preliminary exploration on curriculum reform for the biological science major at Hubei Normal University. This exploration is conducted from a multidimensional perspective under the context of teacher qualification certification by utilizing literature review, questionnaire survey and interview methods. The findings indicate that 39.8% of the students feel they lack interpersonal communication skills, 33% believe there was still room for improvement in classroom teaching quality, and 26.1% found their inadequacy in their research and innovation abilities. In-service teachers believe that the current curriculum could meet most students' career demands, but failed to raise students' awareness on attaching importance to teaching skills. So that students' practical skills still need to be strengthened. Additionally, there is a lack of teachers specializing in teaching theoretical courses. Therefore, it put forward solutions to improve students' the professional literacy and innovative capabilities, such as strengthening the construction of course clusters, optimizing teaching content and methodologies and enhancing teachers' professional standards and the quality of practical teaching. This will enable the development of biological science to adapt to new policy demands and provide effective theoretical support for improving the quality of talent cultivation.
