微格教学作为师范生课堂教学能力训练的必要手段,对于师范生的发展具有长远的意义。虽然目前微格教学已大量普及,但其整体的教学效果并不理想。因此,为探究地方师范院校微格教学的行为特征,构建了微格教学行为编码体系。采用视频分析方法结合微格教学行为编码体系对微格教学案例视频进行处理,根据结果进行数据统计和分析,进而得出地方师范院校微格教学的行为特点。研究结果显示,目前地方师范院校在微格教学中存在教学行为分布不均衡、以语言行为为主体行为以及对教学媒体的使用过度强调等特征。最后根据这些特征提出了对应的改进思路,以期为微格教学的发展做出贡献。
Abstract:As a necessary means to train students' teaching ability in normal universities, micro teaching has profound significance. Although micro teaching has been widely popularized, its overall teaching effect is not ideal. Therefore, in order to explore the behavior characteristics of micro teaching in local normal universities, this research constructs a coding system to study micro teaching behaviors. Moreover, with the combination of the video analysis method and the micro teaching behavior coding system, it processes the micro teaching case video and summarizes the behavioral characteristics of micro teaching in local normal universities based on the above-mentioned data statistics and analysis. The results find an unbalanced distribution of teaching behavior, the main language behavior of the subject and the excessive emphasis in the use of teaching media. Finally, according to these characteristics, it proposes the corresponding improvement ideas to contribute to the development of micro teaching.
