摘要：
介绍了利用GMS97C2051单片机实现频率测量的原理及其硬件结构和软件设计。该方法测量误差小、价格低、结构简单,可作为测试仪器使用。
Abstract：It introduces the principles of cymometer, the structure of hardware and the design of software by using GMS97C2051SCM. The little error metrical and low price and simple configuration with using this technique. It can be as metrical apparatus.
