应用心率的变化来指导和调控训练多年来已被广大教练员、运动员和科研工作者所接受。心率较之于其他生理指标更为实用、简单和易测,心率在运动中的变化也较为灵敏,因此,如何科学地利用心率变化情况进行训练监测是十分重要的。
Abstract:Should attentively lead the change has instructed and the regulative training for many years already by the broad trainers,the athlete and the scientific research worker accepts.The heart rate compared with is more practical to other physiological targets,is simple and is easy to measure,the heart rate is also keener in the movement change,therefore,how scientifically the advantage attentively does lead the change situation to carry on the training monitor is extremely important.
