研究灵芝多糖的提取方法和多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响 ,结果表明 :每天灌胃 0 .5或 1 .0 g/kg体重灵芝多糖 (GLP) ,连续 2 5天 ,可明显促进小鼠特异性抗体的形成 ,促进小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ,增加外周血 T淋巴细胞数量 ,延缓胸腺萎缩 ,并可对抗由 CY所致的细胞免疫和体液免疫低下的作用。
Abstract：The study shows that Ganoderma lucidum polysacchrides(GLP) markedly promoted specific antibody of mile when it was administered into stomach at a dose of 0 5 or 1 0g/kg body per day for 25 days,promoted increase of the T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood and phagocytosis of the peritoneal macrophage.GLP can resist the depression of the humoral and cellular immue function caused by CY,It is thus possible that GLP may be related to immunological function
